Every Boxt hamper is filled with hand-picked products, all presented in our signature gift box. Contents vary by hamper but may include fine Australian wines or Champagne, artisan chocolates, gourmet crackers and preserves, and luxurious pamper products.

Do you offer same day gift delivery in Perth, Western Australia?
Yes! Boxt offers same-day gift delivery across the Perth metro area for orders placed before 12 noon (AWST), Monday to Friday. We're proudly based in Perth and know the local area inside out — that's why we're able to offer fast, reliable same-day service across a wide range of suburbs.
We deliver same-day to most Perth metro suburbs including Perth CBD, Fremantle, Subiaco, Joondalup, Scarborough, Claremont, Cottesloe, Nedlands, Rockingham and many more. Pop your postcode into checkout to confirm coverage. For interstate deliveries, we ship overnight Australia-wide.

We will hand-pick the perfect gift box to showcase your masterpiece! We carefully consider the nature of the gift and the gender of the recipient to ensure the packaging and finishing touches are thoughtfully tailored to the person and occasion — because everyone and every gift is unique!
Can I customise or build my own thank you hamper?
Yes. Our Build Your Own option lets you hand-pick every product to suit your recipient. You can also add extras or upgrades to many existing hampers at checkout.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. We have hampers for a range of preferences, including gluten-free, alcohol-free and vegan options. Not sure which suits your recipient? Our team is happy to help.
Can I update my gift message once I have placed my order?
If you'd like to update or add a gift message, please contact us via email as soon as possible so we can make the changes to your order.
Can I change the address after I have placed my order?
Please notify us as soon as possible if you have entered an incorrect address. If the gift box has already left Boxt HQ we will do our best to have it redirected and a redelivery fee will be applicable.
Can I cancel my order?
At Boxt we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your gift box delivery, just let us know and we'll do our best to assist you. If your delivery has already left Boxt HQ it cannot always be recalled and if it is possible there will be a fee to have the gift box sent back to Boxt.
What is your refund policy?
If you qualify for a refund we will refund your payment immediately back to you via your original payment method. Confirmation will be sent from us and also a receipt from the financial institution through which you paid.
What if an item is damaged in transit?
All our gifts are packaged with the utmost care but if your order does arrive damaged, please notify our team within 24 hours and we will send a replacement out to your recipient immediately or come up with a suitable solution for you. Please note proof will need to be supplied by way of a photo — this helps us assess whether to replace, refund or credit your item.
What is a good thank you gift hamper for a corporate client?
For corporate clients, we suggest wine and gourmet food hampers, or share boxes for teams. They feel polished and premium without being too personal. Our corporate range covers a variety of budgets.
Boxt also offers free corporate branding — branded sticker, custom greeting card, matching ribbon and tissue paper seal. Bulk ordering also available. Contact us to discuss your needs.
