Returns Policy
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
At Boxt we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your gift box delivery, just let us know and we’ll do our best to assist you. If your delivery has already left Boxt HQ it cannot always be recalled and if it is possible there will be a fee to have the gift box sent back to Boxt.
If the gift box has left Boxt HQ but the address has changed we will do our best to have it redirected and again a redelivery fee will be applicable.
Just a heads up, we’re unable to cancel orders based solely on a change of mind.
Damaged Items
All our gifts are packaged with the upmost care of the products in mind but if your order does arrive damaged, please notify our team within 24 hours and we will send a replacement out to you immediately. Please note proof will need to be supplied by way of a photo. This is not only for proof purposes but also helps us to assess whether to replace, refund or credit your item.
Refunds
If you qualify for a refund we will refund your payment immediately back to you via your original payment method.
Confirmation will be sent from us and also a receipt from the financial institution through which you paid.
