General Delivery Information
Delivery times
Gifts are generally delivered during business hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be delivered next working day.
Re-Delivery Charges
Unfortunately there are times when it is necessary to charge a ‘redelivery fee’. Although systems are put in place to ensure the occurrence of this is kept to a minimum the following situations will incur a re-delivery fee.
- When a gift requires redelivery due to incorrect/insufficient recipient address being provided
- When a gift requires redelivery due to delivery address being unattended and no safe place to leave the gift eg. Locked gate, dog, bad weather
We guarantee your gift is delivered on the date you requested or your money back. Please note that certain areas are exempt from this guarantee due to delivery situations being harder to control. These areas are noted below on the individual area notes. Please also note that the guarantee covers the ‘date’ of delivery and not a specific ‘time’ on that date. Although we always do our best to deliver your gift as close as possible to the time requested it is not always possible.
Recipient Information
It is vital that you enter the correct information for your delivery. If details are incorrect and the gift needs to be redelivered a ‘redelivery fee’ will be incurred.
Delivery to Business Addresses
If your gift is being delivered to a ‘business’ please ensure that you enter the ‘name’ of the business to ensure the delivery process runs as smoothly as possible.
Delivery to Hospitals
When ordering items for delivery to a hospital please ensure that the recipient will still be admitted at time of delivery. Redelivery will incur an additional delivery fees.
