Please ensure your delivery address provided is correct including Business or Hospital name if required. Freight labels are automatically generated from the information you provide on your order. For any changes to the delivery address, these must be placed prior to dispatch from our warehouse and we will accomodate your request wherever possible. Please note this may incur additional fees or delays in delivery times.
Delivery times
Gifts are delivered during business hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be delivered (Perth Metro) or despatched (Outer Perth Metro and National) next working day.
Additional delivery Charges
Unfortunately there are times when it is necessary to charge an additional delivery fee. Systems are in place to ensure the occurrence of fees is kept to a minimum. The following situations will incur a re-delivery fee.
- Incorrect or insufficient recipient address information provided by the customer
- Delivery address is unattended with no safe place to leave the gift i.e. multistorey units, property exposed to a busy road, bad weather
- Delivery address is inaccessible i.e. locked gate, guard dog
- No Authority to leave is given
- Item returned to post office for any of the reasons above
If your gift is Undelivered
If for any of the reasons above your gift is undelivered, your gift will be returned to either the local post office or our Warehouse for collection by the recipient. Unfortunately if your gift is returned to the local post office for collection, we are unable to issue a redelivery to the recipient. This must be collected by the recipeint, if this is unsuitable or the gift is uncollected for 10 business days we are able to issue a return to sender for your item, however this does incur additional fees
Delivery to Business Address
If your gift is being delivered to a Business please ensure that you enter the name of the business or Company
Delivery to Hospitals
When ordering items for delivery to a hospital please ensure that the recipient will still be admitted at time of delivery. Please include as much information as possible, including a WARD and ROOM NUMBERr if available, this will help ensure your gift is distributed correctly within the hospiatl upon delivery. Redelivery will incur an additional delivery fees.
Request for Call on Delivery/Specific delivery time
Although we will pass on any additional information to our couriers, we are unable to guarantee a call prior to or on delivery or s specific delivery window
